Inspired by Israel’s innovation model, we offer a transformative experience to university students, entrepreneurs, and public servants, motivating them to become catalysts for change.
With an international network, we promote the active participation of our members to provide them with the foundation to enhance their projects.

Why: Innovation is the key to overcoming present challenges and paving the way for the future. In a rapidly changing world, we need disruptive solutions that provide effective and sustainable answers.
Purpose: At ILAN, we promote innovation as a tool to improve people's quality of life by finding solutions in areas such as health, environment, education, technology, communication, social transformation, and peace.
We drive ideas that can be applied globally, inspiring young people, entrepreneurs, and governments to think beyond established limits.
LEADERSHIP
Why: Leadership is essential to guide innovation toward real impact. Having good ideas is not enough; it is necessary to be a leader who inspires, motivates, and has the ability to turn those ideas into action.
Purpose: At ILAN, we identify leaders capable of transforming their communities and sectors. We aim for our members to be not just project leaders but agents of change who positively influence their respective fields, guiding others toward a shared vision of progress and well-being.
ACTION
